JAF’s Lacey Jean

Lacey is a 5 year old Newfoundland certified therapy dog.  She is loving, sweet tempered and a gentle giant of 122 pounds.  Her friendly disposition makes for a perfect therapy dog as well as being trusting and devoted.

Lacey enjoys spending time with the children in the barn during our therapeutic riding sessions.  She is patient, docile and affectionate to all.

She also routinely visits libraries where children cuddle with their furry warm friend and read her stories. She stops by at nursing homes, schools, assisted living and rehab facilities and special ed classrooms.

Sometimes her visits include other therapy dogs in a small group. She loves the water and is a great swimmer and has been on many road trips.
